Our Story
First Choice Home Health and Hospice has local ownership and is locally operated. We have been serving the Treasure Valley since 2004 with our Home Health Company. Our Hospice was originally A Better Way Home, LLC – a hospice and palliative care program caring for terminally ill patients in the Treasure Valley since 2009.
In 2012, First Choice Home Health and A Better Way Home joined forces to create First Choice Home Health and Hospice. Together, we can offer more comprehensive services to our patients and their families.
In April 2019, First Choice became a member of the Jet Health Inc. Family.
Our goal is to provide best practices in all that we do for our patients, their families and for the communities we service. We appreciate the opportunity to care for those who need our services. We take great pride in being a resource in healthcare for our community.
